Cameron, who was just 24 when he tied the knot with a then-21-year-old Allison after three months of dating, said: 'Honestly, I think we were in a bit of a bubble in those early years.'

'Maybe we were a bit naïve, but at the time I just remember falling madly in love and just going about our business and truly not being aware of the level of interest that, apparently, there was in us,' he added.
The former Home and Away star noted that they were then further removed from the Australian entertainment industry when they moved to Los Angeles in 1992.
It was only on their return to Australia in 2017 with their children that the couple were 'getting a sense' of the interest in them almost three decades ago.
The couple, who now have three children - daughters Lotus and Bodhi Faith and son River, are now the hosts of a relationship podcast Separate Bathrooms.
