Matt Damon has been exploring his adopted home of Australian in recent weeks. 

The star, 50, made the most of the autumn weather and took a road trip to the village of Jugiong, located in the Hilltops region of NSW.

About three hours drive from Sydney, the riverside town boasts just 222 residents - one of which was lucky enough to get a selfie with the star.

Matt headed to the famed Long Track Pantry cafe during his stay, for a warm cup of coffee, where he beamed alongside a customer as he posed for a picture. 

The pantry offers locally made small batch goods, including jams, relishes and sauces, as well as cookies, cakes and snacks.
