Byron Cooke has responded to claims he was 'bullied' by former AFL star Brendan Fevola on Fox FM's breakfast show.

During a Q&A on his Byron Cooke Show podcast, a listener asked Byron whether he felt mistreated by Brendan during the five years they worked together on the Fifi, Fev & Byron breakfast show.

'Fev and I are good friends and there's nothing I would deliberately withhold from Fev,' he explained.

Byron added: 'I'm not going to sit here and say that there weren't mornings where he pissed me off.'

'But underneath all of it was and still is love,' he said.
