Ricky Wilson and his new wife Grace Zito have revealed they are planning a 'huge party' after their scaled-back wedding due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Kaiser Chiefs star, 43, tied the knot with Grace earlier this month in a socially-distanced and Catholic ceremony with 20 guests at St Patrick's Church in Huddersfield, where the stylist's parents and grandparents previously married.

Ricky, who had to postpone their wedding four times due to the pandemic, shared pictures from their honeymoon to Bray, Berkshire, over the weekend.

Talking in a new interview with OK! magazine, which also featured stunning pictures from their big day, Ricky and Grace insisted there will be another 'huge' celebration for people who didn't attend due to restrictions only allowing 30 guests at the time.

During the cosy ceremony, Grace wore a stunning gown which was designed by her close friend Cherry Williams with the couple performing their first dance to The Whole Of The Moon by The Waterboys.

After the wedding at St Patrick's Church, the newly-married couple enjoyed a romantic reception at Woodcroft Estate where they arrived in a Rolls-Royce Silver Spur II and had confetti made from the plants from the park they got engaged at.

Talking to the magazine from their honeymoon near Ascot after they had to cancel a getaway to their home in Menorca, Spain, Ricky said: 'It's not the last opportunity we'll ever have to have a big party, There's so much to look forward to in the future now.

'I feel like it's a weight off our shoulders. I feel like we can now move on and anything seems possible now. There were loads of friends that couldn't be there – my band weren't even there. But we've got plenty of opportunity to have a big party and we are going to do it.'

While Grace added: 'It's quite nice actually, because there's so many people who've been through exactly the same thing and everyone's got a story. I think a lot of people are deciding to have smaller weddings because you can't wait around forever, can you?'

Ricky and Grace, who have been together since 2015, exchanged vows three years after announcing their engagement, and were joined by their beloved pet pooch Reedus.

The singer had celebrated his stag party the previous evening, before he and Grace exchanged vows.
