Former Married At First Sight star Cathy Evans has revealed she's getting full-body liposuction at the end of the month.
The 27-year-old shared a candid "YouTube video with fans on Tuesday, explaining her decision and detailing the places where she's getting lipo and a fat transfer.
Cathy said she's set to splash out around $29,000 for the procedure, which will be done at a Sydney clinic, after previously spending $20,000 on a boob job, Botox and fillers.

Cathy said she's getting liposuction around her arms, upper and lower back, her flanks (the area around the hips), upper and lower abdomen, and thighs.
She's also getting a fat transfer to the hips and is considering liposuction around the jaw.
The blonde said that she's sharing her journey with fans and is not 'pushing [plastic surgery] on anyone.'
