Yet Jane Seymour was poking fun at her accident on Thursday as she took to Instagram to share a snap while in character for new Irish drama Harry Wild.
The legendary actress, 70, shed her youthful looks to age up with a headscarf, old-fashioned glasses and a walking stick and stated that her titular character 'needed help walking' despite Jane no longer needing her crutches.

She added a caption reading: 'Jane might be off crutches but apparently now Harry’s the one who needs help walking! Having a laugh on the set. Wishing you all a lovely week ahead!
Late last month Jane revealed she had suffered a hairline fracture on her left kneecap following a fall on the set of Harry Wild. And keeping fans updated on how she's recovering, Jane recently credited ballet for helping her.
The actress explained on Instagram: 'I've been taking extra care of my knee. Rest and patience is the cure! Thankfully ballet has enabled me to almost not limp on set. Although it hurts, it's getting better everyday!
'Thank you to everyone who reached out with such kind messages. Keep smiling! #HarryWild @acorn_tv. [sic]'.
