Phoebe Burgess has explained why she's still using her ex's last name, despite their divorce being finalised.
The former WAG said that she still uses Sam Burgess' last name so that she has the same name as their young children.
Phoebe, 32, made the admission on Instagram, after a fan probed her.

'Why do you still use the surname Burgess after such a messy separation and all the negative things Sam supposedly put your family through,' the follower wrote.
They added: 'That's the last name I would [not] want to have anymore.'
Phoebe hit back, saying: 'I don't usually answer these questions... but it's simple; my two beautiful children.'

She added: 'We sacrifice a lot as mothers.'
Underneath, one fan said how 'classy' Phoebe's reply was.
'Very classy answer Phoeb. Admire you,' they wrote.

Phoebe and Sam, 32, separated in September 2019, and reportedly legally divorced in December 2020, just before Christmas.
