Wendy Williams made a bold remark on Thursday when she told guest Cynthia Bailey she should be 'fired' from her series The Real Housewives Of Atlanta.
The reality TV star gasped as did the audience at the 56-year-old host's remark made during her syndicated daytime series The Wendy Williams Show.
Then Wendy explained why she wished that on her friend: because she feels Bailey has had enough drama already and she doesn't want to see her get in any more 'fights' or, worse, have her marriage disintegrate due to the tension of the show.

For months it has been rumoured that Cynthia may be fired from her show after being on the series for 11 years.
Cynthia seemed shocked by what Wendy said, but realized it came from a good place as the Housewives shows can become toxic for its stars.
When Wendy asked Cynthia who she would like to see fired, she said NeNe Leakes, 53, who has already left the show, adding she hopes she never returns.
The show started with a kiss to Wendy as the host said she wanted to party with Cynthia in NYC. Cynthia, 54, said her husband Mike was not with her then she did a shoe cam.

Cynthia offered right away: 'Word on the street is I am going to be out of a job.' Wendy ignored her comment before they had small talk about Cynthia's age, husband and child.
Later Wendy said, 'There is a rumour that there is a shakeup in Atlanta and somebody is going to get fired.'
Cynthia acknowledged she had heard the rumor.
Then Wendy came out with: 'I think it should be you.'

Bailey looked shocked then laughed.
'And I will tell you why!' added Williams. 'Because there is nothing more exciting you can give us - I don't want to see you fight, I don't want to you get divorced - I think that it is time.
'The only thing is what would you do for a paycheck? What I was thinking is she's still a model, just like Christie Brinkley, you're a model!'
Then Wendy jumps into asking what plastic surgery Cynthia has done - implants? lipo? fillers? - she barks out.

Cynthia then grabs her chest and said she got implants then had a little lipo done, adding that she had some fillers around her eyes and on her forehead.
Then Bailey got back to the subject of RHOA: 'First of all I love Real Housewives of Atlanta, this platform has been amazing... Bravo has been good to me.
'Here's the thing: Nobody really wants to be fired. My first job was Taco Bell, I didn't want to be fired from there, I would want the option to leave when I want.'
She then said it was 'God's will' if she got canned adding she has had 11 'amazing years.'
