Love Island Australia star Tayla Damir has opened up about the stress of planning her wedding to Richmond player Nathan Broad.
The 24-year-old revealed on Thursday she's 'suffered from anxiety, nose bleeds, stress rashes and exhaustion' while trying to choose a venue, stick to her budget and 'please everyone'.
'I have always prided myself on using my social media to break down stigmas surrounding mental health and being as open and honest as possible,' she began a lengthy post on Instagram.
