Quentin Tarantino has revealed that he would like to cast Uma Thurman's daughter, Maya Hawke, in a potential third Kill Bill film.

The 58-year-old filmmaker appeared on Tuesday's episode of The Joe Rogan Experience and spoke about his ideas regarding a third feature in the heavily stylized action throwback series.

The Once Upon A Time In Hollywood director is currently planning to end his career after completing production on his upcoming tenth film and is currently mulling over potential projects to take on.

Tarantino initially told the podcast powerhouse about his ideas regarding the potential setup of the project, which would take place after 2004's Kill Bill Volume 2.

'I think it's just revisiting the characters twenty years later and just imagining the Bride and her daughter, B.B, having 20 years of peace, and then that peace is shattered,' he remarked.

The filmmaker went on to note that the idea of having the 22-year-old actress, with whom he worked on Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, working with her mother was particularly exciting to him.

He continued, 'And now The Bride and B.B are on the run and just the idea of being able to cast Uma [Thurman] and cast her daughter Maya [Hawke] in the thing would be f***ing exciting.'

The Academy Award-winning director then gave Rogan a few more plot details concerning the direction of the feature and teased the return of several old characters.

'Elle Driver is still out there, Sophie Fatale got her arm cut off, but she's still out there. They all got Bill's money. Actually, Gogo had a twin sister Shiaki and so her twin sister could show up,' he said.

Tarantino has publicly teased Kill Bill Volume 3 in the years ever since the second feature's release, although he has opted to work on other projects.

Plot details about the feature remain speculative, although he has discussed bringing back the daughter of Vernita Green, played by Vivica A. Fox, who was killed during the first feature.
