Two months after welcoming her baby boy, Harvey, fitness influencer Steph Claire Smith says she is feeling 'stronger' than ever. 

The 25-year-old shared footage of herself undertaking a gruelling at-home workout while spruiking her fitness app on Thursday. 

In the video, the new mum is seen working her core, engaging in deep squats and toning her legs with step-ups.

'Feeling STRONGER and loving it,' she wrote. 

Last week, the model reflected on how she has accepted her postpartum body and changed her attitude towards working out to achieve a 'thigh gap'. 

She shared a number of photos of herself to Instagram, showing her changed physique.

Changes: Steph Claire Smith (pictured)  welcomed her son Harvey just shy of two months ago. And last week, the model reflected on how she has accepted her postpartum body and changed her attitude towards working out to achieve a 'thigh gap'

She wrote at length: 'I used to workout for physical change… fell into the trap of comparing myself to others and wanted things like a thigh gap, skinnier arms, smaller waist. 

'But no matter what kind of 'results' I got, I always wanted more. It wasn't until I stopped training to look a certain way and stopped restricting what I ate and brought balance into my life that I actually started to appreciate my body. 

'Sure, I gained weight making those changes, but I realized that's not what mattered. NOW I train to clear my head, have some 'me time', give myself energy, feel stronger, challenge myself and I also just love it!
