Denise Welch has made a candid admission about her personal life, saying she likes sex 'little and often or big and often'.
The TV star, 63, made the remarks on Thursday's episode of Loose Women as she and her fellow panellists were discussing the idea of love lives becoming mundane.
Denise, who has been married to Lincoln Townley, 48, since 2013, said the couple are 'nice and regular' and she doesn't like to 'move around too much'.

She said: 'I like little and often or big and often. Nice and regular, as long as I don't have to move around too much that's all I'm saying.'
Moderator Charlene White said: 'Communication is key here, isn't it? You and Lincoln have spoken about that?' as fellow panellists Judi Love and Brenda Edwards laughed.
Denise then joked about how often she mentions her husband, who is 15 years her junior, on the show.
She said: 'I haven't mentioned Lincoln for four shows so thank you very much. Very well done that you didn't have to talk about your own Charlene.'

Denise and PR manager Lincoln began dating in 2012 and their engagement was revealed in August of that year.
They tied the knot the following June in a romantic ceremony in Portugal.
Denise was previously married to David Easter from 1983 to 1988 and Tim Healy who she tied the knot with in 1988.
Denise and Tim are parents to Matty Healy, 32, of the band The 1975 and Louis, 21.
