Chelsea Handler is opening up about her once and former crush on New York governor Andrew Cuomo, which fizzled quickly.
The 46-year-old comedienne had previously spoken about her crush earlier this year, but during an appearance on New York Times' Sway podcast, she revealed more details.
The Chelsea Lately host revealed she 'offered' herself to him during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the crush quickly ended after a wave of sexual misconduct allegations were leveled against him.

Handler first opened up about her crush on Cuomo during her HBO Max special Evolution, which debuted in October, due to all of his COVID-19 briefings.
'Well, I offered myself up to Andrew Cuomo leading — in the pandemic, I was very turned on by his morning news conferences, as many of us were. And he reached out to me. And we had a couple of conversations on the phone,' Handler told Sway host Kara Swisher.
She added he called her and the governor was, 'really feeling himself,' in a metaphorical sense, though she joked she couldn't tell, 'if he was pulling a Jeffrey Toobin. I doubt it, though.'
