'Well, I offered myself up to Andrew Cuomo leading — in the pandemic, I was very turned on by his morning news conferences, as many of us were. And he reached out to me. And we had a couple of conversations on the phone,' Handler told Sway host Kara Swisher. She added he called her and the governor was, 'really feeling himself,' in a metaphorical sense, though she joked she couldn't tell, 'if he was pulling a Jeffrey Toobin. I doubt it, though.'
