Fredrik Eklund shocked his husband Derek Kaplan by revealing that he wanted more children on Thursday's episode of Million Dollar Listing New York.
The 44-year-old real estate broker told British painter Derek, 46, that he had been texting with their surrogate Misty, who was available to have more children.
Fredrik and Derek had been spending the pandemic in Los Angeles with their two-year-old twins Milla and Freddy Jr. and despite their hectic life Fredrik was looking to expand their family.

'She is saying if we are ever going to have more kids, it's decide now,' Fredrik told his husband.
Derek was concerned and told them that they they already didn't have any time together and he was worried that another child 'would accelerate that more.'
'I think I have it down now. We are the best dads,' Fredrik told him while looking hurt and added that he would have 20 kids if they could.
Derek reminded him that going through the surrogacy process hadn't been easy and said he didn't want their lives to get too complicated.

'You shouldn't have married me if you wanted a simple life,' Fredrik responded.
Fredrik sprung the news on Derek after he had just returned from Palm Springs, California.

He drove his Bentley to Palm Springs to present two offers in person to his client, John.
The temperature there was close to 116 degrees, but Fredrik showed up in a white suit.
He told his client that New York wasn't doing so well.

'We have something like 40,000 empty apartments in New York,' Fredrik said.
Fredrik tried to convince John to come down in price to sell his West Chelsea property.
He told him that there were two buyers who have come in almost a million under his asking price of $6,995,000.

'I know that is a big hit,' said Fredrik. 'We are going to try to bring them up a little bit.'
'We hired you because we thought you were the best broker but at the moment it looks like we are going to be losing money on this apartment,' John told him.
Fredrik called the potential buyers and tried to convince them the apartment would be worth $10 million in a few years, but neither of the potential buyers agreed to pay more.

John later called Fredrik and decided to accept the $6 million dollar officer he had gotten them earning Fredrik a $180,000 commission from the deal.
