She was an ironwoman before settling down with her cricketer husband and having a family. 

And on Friday, Candice Warner showed off her incredible muscles as she took part in a gruelling outdoor session with celebrity personal trainer Jono Castano.

The 36-year-old dressed for the workout in an all black ensemble, including a tank top which revealed her bulging biceps.

She added bike shorts, long Acero brand socks with a cap, and a jumper tied around her waist. 

The blonde has been increasing her fitness since appearing on gruelling military-themed reality show, SAS Australia, and she made it look easy on Friday.  

Candice kicked off her workout with a nine kilogram medicine ball by slamming it on the ground, lifting it and then throwing it to a wall.

The former professional athlete lifted a heavy looking Y-bell weight, targeting her biceps and shoulders, before going on to extend the weight above her head. 

She then moved on to flipping a truck tire and appeared laser focused as she moved the wheel from one side of the space to the other.

The exhausting workout didn't stop Candice from following up with doing elevated push-ups on the wheel. 

She then returned to doing more medicine ball slams, before pausing to take a quick break. 

Candice looked puffed out as she and Jono moved over to another part of the outdoor gym.
