Integral Images have reportedly filed an $150,000 eight-page law suit against the Levitating hitmaker, 25, for sharing one of their images.
The contentious snap, taken in February 2019, showed Dua getting on a plane in an oversized hat.

The BBC has reported that Integral Images are claiming Dua profited from the photo as her account acts as a marketing tool for her music.
MailOnline has contacted Dua Lipa's representatives for comment.
