Sofia Vergara is celebrating her 49th birthday with family and friends at her secret oasis in the Caribbean that she likes to call 'Casa Chipi Chipi.'
And her husband Joe Manganiello, taking a break from vacation activities, took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message of love, including snaps of the Modern Family star on her special day.
'¡Feliz Cumpleaños al amor de mi vida!' the True Blood star, 44, wrote to his wife of more than five-years in the caption, which translates in English to 'Happy birthday to the love of my life!'
