She had on a simple yellow string top and matching string bottoms to showcase her toned tummy and fit legs. The 5ft4in actress had her dark hair styled in a tightly curled bob, and she blocked out the sun with chunky sunglasses. In her second photo, Kerry waved her arms in the air and shouted while standing on just one foot. 'Here comes the [sun emoji],' she captioned her post The Django Unchained star was recently in the news amid reports that she would be a major donor and board member for a new school created in conjunction with the Los Angeles Unified School District. The high school, named the Roybal School of Film and Television Production, will be focused on training students for careers in the entertainment industry, a key part of the city and Southern California's economy. Among the other Hollywood heavyweights donating to the school are Oscar winner George Clooney and Oscar nominee Don Cheadle, as well as Eva Longoria, Mindy Kaling and others. 'Our aim is to better reflect the diversity of our country. That means starting early,' Clooney told NBC 4, the network's Los Angeles affiliate. 'It means creating high school programs that teach young people about cameras, and editing and visual effects and sound and all the career opportunities that this industry has to offer,' he went on about the program, which will create opportunities for LAUSD's disproportionately low-income student body. 'It means internships that lead to well-paying careers. It means understanding that we're all in this together.' The school will initially only serve 120 ninth and tenth graders when it opens in the fall of 2022, before expanding over the next two years to educating 11 and 12. In May, the Scandal star completed filming on the upcoming Netflix film The School For Good And Evil, based on the children's fantasy series of the same name. Sofia Wylie and Sophia Anne Caruso lead the film as best friends Agatha and Sophie, respectively. The two are kidnapped and taken to a special school that trains teens to be both the heroes and villains of fairy tales, but the two find themselves assigned to opposing teams, and not the ones they expected to be on. Kerry plays one of the school's teachers, Professor Clarissa Dovey, while Charlize Theron also appears in the Paul Feig–directed movie as Lady Lesso. The American Son star revealed that she was one of the teachers for good when she shared some behind-the-scenes photos of herself in a opulent ball gowns.
