Jordana Brewster was enjoying a lazy afternoon by her swimming pool on Sunday.

The Fast And Furious staple, 41, slipped into a red bikini to get a suntan in her backyard during a heatwave in Los Angeles.

This comes after a report she will be paying her ex-husband Andrew Form $5million as she retains their marital home as part of their divorce settlement.

In the new images, the movie star seemed to be annoyed that her poodle mix dog had jumped up on her lounger.

She was trying to get the pooch off the chair so she could take in the sun.

That is why the Hollywood pinup joked in her caption: 'Two b**ches arguing over the lounge chair.'

Brewster is still dealing with the details of her split from Andrew Form.

In June it was reported she will have to pay $5m to the producer to keep their marital home.

The payment represents Form's half of the Los Angeles residence they once shared together, according to The Blast, citing legal documents.

Brewster and Form, 52, who announced their split last year after 13 years of marriage, will also not be paying each other any income earned individually past their official date of separation of May 13, 2020.

'Any income earned by either party from the date of separation (May 13, 2020) and thereafter as a result of their personal and professional effort, including projects created or made during the marriage, shall be the separate property of the earning party,' the agreement read.
