She rose to fame as a waitress on Channel 4's First Dates.

And Cici Coleman, 34, is broadening her horizons as she continues to promote her online fitness coaching career. 

The blonde beauty took to Instagram, showing her incredible transformation as she shared a 'weight loss plan' for parents in preparation for the school holidays.

The reality TV star showcased her new slim legs and taut stomach as she posed for two sets of before and after mirror selfies. 

She captioned the images: 'TOP 3 TIPS TO FOLLOWING A WEIGHT LOSS PLAN WHILE THE KIDS ARE OFF SCHOOL'. 

She continued:  '“I can’t lose weight because the kids are on holidays” is an excuse I’ve heard a lot recently from those enquiring from my online coaching. The truth is; if you waited for the “right time” to start achieving your goals you’d be waiting for ever.'

She then went on to share her guidance, suggesting that parents who aim to lose weight should 'prepare your food in advance for breakfast/ lunch', 'workout at home and get the kids involved' and 'get your NEAT up (the energy you use up in a day) by being active with the kids...[by] simply walking'.
