Charlie's Angels production assistant Shaun O'Banion weighed in on the alleged fight between Bill Murray and Lucy Liu on set of the 2001 hit film.

In response to a tweet that the 52-year-old star got allegedly physical with Murray, 70, O'Banion, 45, the producer claimed the actors' argument did not escalate to violence, but did allegedly end in tears.

The producer wrote that the alleged fallout was allegedly due to Murray rewriting 'a bunch of scenes without telling anyone (including Drew [Barrymore] who was a producer).'

'He put the new pages in everyone's trailers & everyone came to set wondering where the hell the new pages had come from. Murray was the last to step on stage and by that time there was already mass confusion,' he tweeted.

O'Banion claimed the action comedy's director, McG, was 'p**sed that no one had consulted him' or the assistant.

When McG asked Murray if he got the 'new pages' in his trailer, O'Banion claims Murray said, 'No. But I put new pages in everyone else's trailer.'

O'Banion went on to claim that Murray said: 'I don't know what you're complaining about. I have you more lines. I mean… look who you're in with here. You're TV… and this is the big league.'
