Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her estranged husband Sean are being sued for owing $45,000 in back rent on a Newport Beach rental home.
Karen Ogden, the owner of the Newport Beach mansion, filed a civil lawsuit on July 12, and accused the couple after they breached the contract.
The 43-year-old reality star and her husband reportedly leased the five-bedroom, 8,000-square-foot home for $15,000 per month on a one-year and six-month lease, according to Radar.

Legal documents revealed Braunwyn and Sean failed to pay rent for three months and 'the landlord notified the couple they were being kicked out last month.'
Ogden is requesting the pack payments paid in full and the couple to vacate the property immediately as it sits on the market for sale at $6.8million.
Braunwyn and Sean moved into the home in November when camera crews were filming the 15th season of Real Housewives of Orange County.
'When we first saw the house, the thing that I loved was that the island was big enough for eight chairs,' she told Bravo at the time.
