Entrepreneur Kayla Istines sure cleaned up in the sale of her fitness empire Sweat for $400million (AUD). 

According to The Australian, the 30-year-old was the 'big winner from the sale,' having a bigger share in the business than her ex-fiancé, Tobi Pearce.

The publication reports that mother-of-one Kayla 'appears to effectively control three-quarters of the enterprise,' which equals a total of $225million (US) profit, or $300million (AUD).

Tobi will profit $75million (US) from the sale, or $100million (AUD).

Kayla confirmed her split from Tobi, who is her daughter Arna's father, in August last year.

The former couple, who were together for eight years, co-founded the Bikini Body Training Company - later renamed Sweat - after meeting in late 2012.
