But on Thursday morning, Kyle Sandilands made a brief error in his line of questioning when talking to Samantha Jade about her late mother, Jacqueline.
The 50-year-old asked Samantha if her mum was 'hot as well' during a discussion about the musician's mannerisms, not realising she had tragically died from cancer seven years earlier.

'I talk exactly like my mum, if anyone had met my mum,' Samantha said, with Kyle responding: 'Is your mum hot as well?'
'My mum was a hottie,' she replied.
Still unaware, Kyle added: 'She was a hottie, she's lost her looks though, is that what you're saying?'
'No, no... she passed away,' Samantha sweetly responded.
