Port was cast in MTV's The Hills in 2006 and the LA native stayed on the show until its conclusion at the end of its fourth season.
She then moved to New York City and starred in the short-lived reality show The City, which ran for two seasons.
Although her second show was not as successful as her first, that's where she met her future husband Tim Rosenman who was a producer on the series.
