Love Island's Cara De La Hoyde sobbed to her fans on Wednesday, admitting that she 'can't cope' with daughter Delilah, who is one is two weeks time.
Cara, 31, reached out to her 1.1million Instagram followers and begged them for tips after Delilah didn't stop crying for 45 minutes.
She began the video by saying: 'So I genuinely need help. I've just rung Nathan crying, I don't know what to do.'

Notably emotional, she continued: 'Delilah's just such hard work. I know everyone we spoke to said it's lockdown babies, but Fred weren't like this.
