And husband Matt Stokoe stopped by with their little boy midway through the day's filming, with Sophie doting on him in her period costume.
She is currently shooting the new series with on-screen lover Suranne Jones, who was also on set.

She sported a pale make-up tone with rouge on her cheeks. In later scenes, she added an elaborate hat with feather detailing.
