Britney Spears' former best friend and assistant Sean Phillip says the pop star was plied with 'prescription pills' and 'addicted' when he worked for the star in the mid 2000s,' before her conservatorship was put in place.
Phillip claims Spears' 'management' forced the singer to take 'two pills' a day in an effort to control her and even asked him to make her take her medication.
He also accused father Jamie Spears of being an 'enabler,' telling The Sun: 'He had every opportunity to stop what was happening to her — her descent into prescription pill addiction — but he didn't.'
