She's the proud mother to two sons - Oscar, one, and three-month-old Henry - with husband Peter Stefanovic.
And on Sunday, Sylvia Jeffreys certainly had her hands full when she shared a photo to Instagram that showed her doing some serious lifting.
Uploading a mirror selfie of her carrying her boys, the 35-year-old Channel Nine presenter wrote: 'Going to need a good physio at some point.'
