It comes after Millie's mother revealed that she approves of the blonde bombshell's blossoming romance with the Welsh bricklayer.

Esme Court has said it's 'obvious' to anyone watching Love Island that there's a 'great connection' between the pair and she's given Liam her seal of approval.

Speaking about the obvious attraction between her daughter and Liam, Esme added: 'There is lots of sexual tension. You can see by the way she looks at him she's quite smitten.'

She told the Sunday People newspaper: 'They seem like they've got a great connection. I think as people, they seem like they're having a right laugh. It's all quite light-hearted.'

When asked what she would give them out of ten, Esme added: 'It's got to be a ten. I love them. I love how giggly they are. It's really nice to see her so happy. She seems to have brought out the best in him as well.

'I think he seems like a kind person. I think he seems genuine. He's just a really nice guy. I think they're a great couple, if I'm honest. Time will tell.'

And Liam's sister Niamh also approves of their romance, though she thinks her younger brother needs to spend more time getting to know Millie.

She said: 'Definitely an eight. Definitely high. I can notice a difference since he's been with Millie. He's really come out of his shell now.

'To bump that up to a ten, I think they need to have more time for him to ask her more in-depth questions. That's Liam though, he is chatty but whereas I would ask a lot of questions, he's not like that.'

Niamh continued: 'He needs to ask her questions about her family and stuff like that.

'I do think they could work as a couple long-term from what I can see. They seem to get on really, really well. He has only had one girlfriend. His ex was really bubbly and Millie seems bubbly.'

She concluded: 'He has his wedding song picked already. It's Ain't No Mountain High Enough – the Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell version. So she's got to like that. He absolutely loves it.'

It comes after Love Island bosses denied claims that Millie and Liam romped while in the hideaway.

It was reported by The Sun on Sunday that scenes between the fashion buyer's administrator and Welsh bricklayer became 'too X-rated' to be shown on TV.

However a spokesperson for the ITV2 reality show has refuted the claims, telling MailOnline in a statement: 'This is completely untrue.'

On Tuesday's episode, Millie and Liam made their way to the hideaway for a private night of passion.

After winning Monday's Spit The Roast Challenge, Millie was seen to receive a text reading: 'Liam and Millie. As the winners of today's challenge you get to spend the night in the Hideaway. #letsgetiton #turnuptheheat'.

Speaking in the Beach Hut, Millie said: 'It's going to be nice to be away from everybody and have some alone time. I think it'll be really nice.'

Following on from her thoughts, Liam went on: 'I'm really looking forward to it. It'll be nice to have some time to ourselves.'

The pair head to Hideaway and Millie gives Liam a massage, and she was dressed in a Halloween nurse costume and fishnet tights.

Reflecting on their time on the show, Liam asked: 'How did you picture things happening?, to which Millie said: 'I thought I would find someone but I didn't think I would find someone straight away and this easily.'

But The Sun claimed that things became 'quite explicit' between the pair and said that scenes had to be cut so that it wasn't too X-rated for TV, and thus lead viewers to complain to Ofcom.

A source said: 'They romped over the bed covers and it went on for ages. The footage was quite explicit and producers were miffed because they couldn't air any of it.
