Love Island star Faye Winter's lookalike sister Jo is running her social media

Love Island star Faye Winter has been busy getting close to hunk Teddy Soares in the villa, while also keeping viewers at home amused with her witty one-liners.

And while she's living it up in the Mallorcan villa, it's been revealed that her lookalike sister Jo has been running her social media on her behalf.

Jo, 29, recently made her first public appearance on Love Island spin-off show Aftersun, where she said of Faye: 'I miss her terribly'.

Fans learned on Monday that Jo was the person behind Faye's Instagram account following a Q&A with the 26-year-old Lettings Manager's fans.

When one curious fan asked: 'Who are the faces behind the account. Show yourselves', Jo later shared a snap of herself alongside another pal of Faye's who is also helping to run the account.

And the similarity between Faye and Jo was evident to see, with both ladies sporting luscious long blonde locks, similar facial features and a great fashion sense. 

Jo looked lovely in the photo, rocking a black off-the-shoulder top and a snakeskin skirt, while their unnamed friend looked amazing in a plunging black dress with a daring split. 

During the Q&A, Jo gave fans a further insight into Faye, revealing of the Devon-born beauty: 'What you see is what you get' when discussing her personality.

She added that her sister is: 'Honest, loving, funny, adventurous, generous, selfless & caring'. 

And when one follower asked if the reality star has 'always been this hilarious', she responded: 'She is truly hilarious! She has an amazing sense of humour! She doesn't take herself too seriously... we so happy you enjoy her one liners' [sic].

Elsewhere, Jo revealed what it was like watching her little sister on the popular ITV2 reality show.

She told Aftersun host Laura Whitmore on Sunday: 'It's crazy the only way that I can see my little sister is turning on the TV at 9pm, which is so bizarre.

'Because I do speak to her all the time and see her all the time.'

She added: 'I miss her terribly but I'm so glad to see her enjoying herself. It's lovely.'  

Laura then quizzed her on Faye's compatibility with love interest Teddy, asking: 'What do you think of Teddy for her? Is he the kind of guy she'd normally go for?'

Faye's friend Tia, who was also on the show, initially responded: 'She doesn't really have a type and he seems kinda mature and seems to me he's handling her well."

With Jo then adding: 'Absolutely, Faye needs someone who will keep her on her toes but will tell her to buck up her ideas or to keep calm or shut up...

'She definitely needs that, her heart is in the right place and they're a good power couple, I hope.'
