On Wednesday night, three rugged gentlemen found their fairytale ending on Farmer Wants A Wife.

First up, farmer Matt Trewin had to make the nail-biting decision between executive assistant Tara, 25, and waitress Alex, 22. 

Despite being unsure if Tara could cope with farm life, Matt couldn't look past their chemistry.

'Tara, I am falling for you. Would you be happy to start this next chapter of our life?' the 26-year-old cattle farmer asked. 

Barely taking a moment to catch her breath, Tara said 'yes' before planting a kiss on her man.

'I am extremely happy, obviously now that I know how Matt feels finally after all these weeks. I'm excited to see what the future holds for us,' she added. 

Meanwhile, farmer Rob Campbell concluded that the spark just wasn't there with psychologist Kate, 36, or horse nutritionist Vici, 40.
