The former soap star, 33, was seen for the first time since claims emerged that neighbours were concerned over her dogs' welfare.

Faye brushed off the drama and wowed in her slinky outfit which boasted spaghetti straps and cling to her honed frame.

She boosted her height with silver strappy sandals on the red carpet.

Her brunette tresses were pulled into a chic half updo while a radiant palette of make-up enhanced her pretty features. 

The sighting comes amid claims Faye has left neighbours concerned over her dogs' welfare and claimed that she left them on her balcony barking 'all day and night'.   

The Coronation Street star is said to have been hit with a barrage of complaints from residents living in her Manchester flat complex from the 'relentless noise' of her two Pomeranians Bao and Bear.

According to The Sun, neighbours have also voices their worries about animal cruelty after the dogs were left outside during the heatwave. 

The publication claims one disgruntled resident in the group said: 'Not to be a massive Scrooge - but are the two Pomeranians that are left on the balcony in the building opposite us
