Bridget Malcolm has revealed how she's changed the way she views herself and the world around her, after recovering from an eating disorder.
The former Victoria's Secret model, 29, tells this week's issue of Body+Soul Magazine that she no longer cares so much about how she looks.
'After having an eating disorder for so long, I have learnt to get my sense of self from inside; from my desire to create positive, lasting change in the world around me,' she told the magazine.

In the new issue, Bridget, who poses in sleek, brown swimsuit, adds: 'It's hard to care about how I look when that is what drives me'.
It comes after the model revealed that she still suffers from long-term health implications caused by her disorder.
