The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne is STILL trying to unload the Pasadena, California manse she previously shared and still owns with estranged husband Tom Girardi.
The embattled reality star, 50, and disgraced attorney, 82, have slashed the price of the 10,277-square-foot, four bedroom, six bathroom abode, originally listed in May, from $13million to 9.98million as seen on the Compass Real Estate website.
When first listed, the lavish property was a strong signal the divorcing couple were divvying up their considerable joint assets, while Girardi at first faced scrutiny himself over allegations he embezzled millions of dollars of settlement money earmarked for his clients, who are largely the victims of accidents, natural disasters, and crime.
STILL trying to unload: Embattled Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne and estranged husband Tom Girardi have slashed the price of their sprawling Pasadena, California mansion, originally listed in May, from $13million to 9.98million
Lavish: The reality star and mother of one had previously been happy to flaunt her wealth on TV, often showing off the luxe five-acre Pasadena sprawl with a chapel, pool and lavish garden through her six seasons on RHOBH
Erika, meanwhile, has since become more embroiled in the scandal herself, facing charges of allegedly embezzling settlement funds that were meant to help the families of plane crash victims.
This week on her hit Bravo reality show, Erika opened up to castmate Kyle Richards, telling the actress she hasn't spoken to her ailing lawyer husband since they split in November 2020.
Also this week, Girardi was officially placed under a conservatorship because of his dementia diagnosis.
Jayne, who's been accused of benefiting from funds meant for her husband's clients, recently shot down claims that her divorce filing was a 'sham' to protect assets.
Jayne had previously been 'ordered to turn over financial records' from her accountant, lawyer and landlord as part of the embezzlement investigation and a bankruptcy trustee is documenting the couple's assets.

It's been alleged that their split provided a way for the couple to embezzle funds and that Jayne had received 'tens of millions of dollars' from her husband's firm to fund her projects, UsWeekly reported in June.
Girardi's lawyers claimed earlier this year that he had 'issues' with 'mental competence' and it was subsequently disclosed that he had been diagnosed with dementia and late-onset Alzheimer's disease.
The reality star and mother of one had previously been happy to flaunt her wealth on TV, often showing off the luxe five-acre Pasadena sprawl with a chapel, pool and lavish garden through her six seasons on RHOBH.
During the good times, the pop star loved bragging about her expensive taste, once revealing she drops over $40k a month on her hair, makeup, and clothes during a stop by The Wendy Williams Show in 2018.
But things seemed to have taken a turn for the star, who downsized her living situation in January when she picked up her own $1.5million home in West Hollywood after moving out of the home she and Tom shared for 22 years.

Though the couple was hoping to fetch $13million for the home, it indeed failed to earn that much.
Unsurprising, as reports just last year valued the property at just $7milllion, per The Blast. Earlier this year Page Six put the home's worth at $16million, however.
Still, the 1920s-crafted home is the image of luxury. The property welcomes visitors with a long pool and surrounding water features that lead up to the home.
Inside, there is a stunning staircase, sky-high ceilings, a cozy library, offices, and a world-class kitchen with chic fixtures and a French stove with a blue back splash.
But Erika previously joked about how the room doesn't get much use, telling the Los Angeles Times last year: 'I'm never going to be a gourmet cook. Nobody’s ever going to marry me for my cooking skills.'
