The Loose Women panelist posed alongside her fiancé Joe Swash, 39, her sons Rex, two, Leighton, 9, and Zachary, 13.

Stacey looked radiant in a cream knit dress as she took the photo through a mirror in her back garden.
The children all wore cream matching - Stacey's colour palette - and Joe wore a burnt orange T-shirt paired with blue jeans.
Stacey captioned the post: 'My Heart. Just because… I haven’t managed to get all of us in one picture in forever (even if it’s only half of Zach’s face bless him)
'We were in the garden and all wearing similar colours (strategically planned by me but they don’t always wear what I put out for them) so I took my opportunity.

The stars middle child Leighton later organised his room in his new house, following in his mother's footsteps he arranged his Lego into colour co-ordinated sections.
The proud mum wrote: 'Leighton is showing me what he's done so far. He's put his desk bits on and his Lego in and now I'm going to help him with his clothes.'
In another snap showing him beaming, Stacey wrote: ' You did so well Leighton. Now I'm going to put Rex to bed and me and Zachery are going to help him put his clothes away.'
