Paul McCartney was making the most of his summer holidays on Wednesday as he enjoyed a day out on a sailing boat near his home in The Hamptons.
The Hey Jude hitmaker, 79, looked happy and relaxed as he sailed around in the small vessel with a red, yellow and blue sail.
Paul dressed casually in a white T-shirt and navy blue shorts as he steered the boat through the water.

He also wore a black cap to shield his eyes from the sun while taking in the picturesque surroundings.
Paul purchased his $1million house in the Hamptons over a decade ago, with the lavish property boasting a huge outdoor pool and close proximity to the water.
The songwriter often spends months at a time in the Hamptons during the summer but his permanent residence is in St John's Wood in London.
