Marilyn Manson is calling for a Los Angeles federal court to toss a sex assault lawsuit filed by Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco, saying that Bianco's statute of limitations has passed on the legal claim.

Manson's legal team said that Bianco's allegations of sexual, physical and emotional abuse are the result of 'coordinated attack' by multiple women against the musical artist 'cynically and dishonestly seeking to monetize and exploit the #MeToo movement,' according to court docs reviewed by TMZ.

The legal team for Manson said Bianco 'spent months plotting, workshopping, and fine-tuning ... twisted tales that bear no resemblance to reality.'
