Sharing the tips on her newly relaunched website Brazilian Butt Express, Ana offered sensible tips to staying trim while spending more time at home.

One of Ana's tips is to make sure you reserve your 'workout hour' the same way you would out of lockdown.
'Regardless of the location, THAT still is your sacred time,' Ana, who created the 10-week Brazilian Bubble Butt Express program, said.
'It should be treated with respect since it's directly related to both your physical and mental health and I'm not sure what in the world is more important than that.'
Next, Ana says it's important to plan your workouts even if you're not necessary someone who enjoys the act of planning.
