James Cracknell has urged fans to get a tracker on their bikes after his was stolen in Manchester.
The former Great Britain rower, 49, thanked the police and Honda Motorcycles on Instagram on Monday after they managed to retrieve his motorbike via a tracking system.
A relieved-looking James stopped to take a snap of him sat next to his beloved vehicle and shared it with his followers.

Alongside the picture, the athlete noted: 'Bike update for those who kindly expressed interest/concern. Thanks to Manchester Police & the wizardry of @hondaukmotorcycles tracking system.
'Bike has been found & with it a load of other stolen ones. Do hopefully other riders will be reunited with their steeds. #getatracker'.
