The duo were seen headed to the beach together, where they sat with family.
Tarek tried keeping a low profile with sunglasses and a baseball cap, adding shorts and a sleeveless top.
Heather coordinated with her beau, opting for sunglasses and a hat paired with a sweater and shorts, later adding sweat bottoms for an extra layer.
The Saturday beach day marks his first sighting since his alleged blowup against Christina, the mother of his two children.

The exes, who share a daughter Taylor, 10, and a son Brayden, five, shot to fame as a power couple on the HGTV home renovation scene and still work together on their show despite officially splitting five years ago.
Tensions between the pair boiled over on last month, with El Moussa allegedly branding Christina, 38, 'crazy' and declaring that he is 'winning'.
He is also said to have compared her to his current fiancée, Selling Sunset star Heather, calling Heather 'richer and hotter' than Christina, according to TMZ.

The insider claimed that Tarek called Christina a 'washed up loser', said that he 'made' her and that he 'enjoyed' watching her 'fail.'
He allegedly also said: 'Look at me, look at me, look at me. It's called winning. The world knows you're crazy!'
El Moussa is said to have lost his temper when Haack communicated to him that she and the crew were ready to start shooting.
He was also allegedly unhappy about her recent public admission that she smoked toad venom - a psychedelic that she claimed helped with her anxiety - before she met her current boyfriend Josh Hall.
TMZ reported that the alleged tirade was not the first verbal showdown between the pair on set.
Less than two weeks after the incident, Tarek and Christina returned to the set together to shoot their show.
Christina shared a snap of her 'morning glam' as well as a 'Spanish style flip' to her Instagram stories.
A source told People that Tarek was 'super remorseful' about his blow up against Christina.
'They did get into a disagreement. Tarek lashed out and he's super remorseful. They're exes who share a history and children and a workplace, but outside of co-parenting, they're not friends.'
The couple married in 2009 but split in 2016. They were officially divorced in 2018.
