The 29-year-old model left Sydney almost two weeks ago with daughter Tallulah, one, and four-month old son Rocky with the intention of joining the Swans and Giants in their Queensland pods.

But she along with over 100 other WAGS and loved ones now face disappointment, after Queensland's Delta outbreak and announcement of a three-day lockdown over the weekend saw the Sydney teams uprooted for a third time.
The team fled to Melbourne on Sunday, and will likely remain in Victoria for the rest of the season.
Jesinta has yet to comment on the Swans' move, but has been counting down the days until she could reunite with her doting husband, 34, after spending weeks apart.
