Christian Bale was spotted for the first time in character as he filmed Thor: Love And Thunder in Malibu this week.
The 47-year-old superhero star is featuring as the villainous Gorr The God Butcher who was introduced in the comics in 2012.
He was pictured emerging on set in full costume - a menacing silver ensemble that included a full face prosthetic.
