But Cheryl Maitland looks very different to her days as the fresh-faced reality star fans may remember.
The Queensland-based influencer, 30, surfaced on social media on Tuesday to show off her four-year transformation, after undergoing a range of cosmetic procedures.

While appearing on the show, Cheryl sported a much stronger jawline and overly-puffy lips.
Her eyebrows also sat lower on her face, while her chin jutted forward at a pointier angle.
Cheryl received plenty of criticism for her look at the time, with fellow contestant Michelle Marsh even referring to her as a 'Shrek princess' during the first episode.
