With filming of Big Brother VIP underway at Sydney's Olympic Park, the salaries of the celebrities set to appear on the upcoming reality series have been revealed. 

Many of the stars will pick up six-figure paychecks for their appearance of the show.

And with controversy already surrounding many of the celebrities, the furore around the show is only likely to increase once people discover what they're earning... 

Caitlyn Jenner - $500,000

Despite being in the middle of a campaign for governor of California, Caitlyn, 71, took time out of her busy schedule to fly to Australia for Big Brother VIP.

She recently stirred up controversy after she was caught flicking her cigarette butts off her hotel balcony while in mandatory quarantine in Sydney.

But the backlash has undoubtedly all been worth it, with Caitlyn picking up $500,000 for just two weeks in the Big Brother house.

Jessika Power - $20,000

After making a name for herself on Married At First Sight back in 2019, Jessika, 28, is now in a position to demand big money for her reality TV stints.

Jessika will pick up a $20,000 paycheck when she appears on Big Brother VIP, which is actually one of the show's smaller salaries.

Despite this, Jessika insisted she tries not to compete with others, previously telling Daily Mail Australia: 'I would never be envious of people that are succeeding and I don't care for any "crown or title".'
