On Wednesday, Louis announced his nationwide comedy tour via email, according to the New York Post.
The outlet reported that the email read: 'Hello Person that you are being right now, I am writing you today because I am going to be touring around the United States of America, performing stand-up comedy comedy in theaters in several different cities.'
The tour is set to kick off on August at New York City's Hulu Theater, located at Madison Square Garden.
The five month tour will make stops at 24 cities including Albany, San Diego, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Portland, Chicago and also Boston, per the outlet.
