Britney Spears would like to have her father Jamie Spears audited once he has been ousted as her conservator, it has been claimed.

TMZ report that Spears, 39, is making it clear if Jason Rubin gets appointed by a judge to take over for from Jamie, 68, then she wants her father put 'under the microscope,' says a source to the outlet.

The source claims that Spears wants an investigation to determine whether Jamie mishandled her $60M fortune while he was in charge.

Rubin is a CPA who specializes in forensic accounting and looking into such matters, making him the perfect man for the job.

There has already been red flags raised by Spears' new attorney Matt Rosengart, including a $500,000 payment to Spears' former manager, Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group.

The report claims that Jamie approved the company to have a bigger commission when Spears was on a hiatus, despite an existing agreement for a smaller fee.

Jamie had also requested $1.3million from Spears' estate in legal fees, and Rosengart has taken issue with Jamie paying himself $16,000 a month as conservator, which is more than what Spears herself was being paid.

The latest news comes after lawyer's for pop princess filed new legal documents this week asking to axe Jamie immediately.

They submitted damning statements from co-conservator Jodi Montgomery about the damage Jamie is causing to Britney personally and to her fortune.

This is the latest in Spears' months long attempt to loosen the tight hold her father has on her personal and professional life following her explosive testimony earlier this summer when she revealed to a judge that she found the conservatorship 'abusive.'

Jodi Montgomery is quoted in legal documents, according to TMZ, as stating: 'Mr. Spears's removal as Conservator is critical to [Britney's] emotional health and well-being and in the best interests of the conservatee.'

'I have had numerous, ongoing conversations with the medical team and we all agree that it would be best for Ms. Spears' well-being and mental health
