Britney Spears took to social media on Monday with a message about self-care, amid a turbulent time involving her longtime conservatorship.
The musical artist, 39, posted a message on Monday that read, 'Sometimes self-care is the simple act of doing nothing,' also sharing a clip in which she was traveling in a vehicle parallel to a rainbow.
The Lucky singer's message on self-care came days after she opened up about body positivity on the site, as she explained how she's conscious of how her body reacts to weight loss measures.

'It’s really weird whenever I try to slim down it usually starts with my legs first ... then my stomach ... then my face … and that's when I know I’ve actually lost weight!!!!' she said.
She continued, 'In the old days when women were heavier they were considered more attractive to men because it was a sign of wealth !!!! I have a couple of throwback dances from this summer where I looked heavier but it's weird cause I think I was happier!!!!
