John Cena hopes his latest movie will brighten spirits during the Covid crisis.

The WWE wrestler-turned-actor, 44, told Australia's Today show on Tuesday his new film Vacation Friends will hopefully put plenty of smiles on people's faces.

'It's a much-needed laugh and maybe reminiscent of a bygone era we could all use,' said John, who plays jokester Ron in the buddy comedy.
